The Good Deed DJ's formed almost overnight on a suggestion between Michael Savant and Jack McDevitt. They wanted to do something for a local charity around the Christmas Holiday and were trying to figure out the best avenue.
The first DJ marathon was born in less than 20 days and involved over 60 DJ's from New England. Raising awareness for those in need and over $4500 for Happy Baskets of Rhode Island in their first drive they knew they needed to do more.
Look for the Good Deed DJ's to be at your local event, or creating their own helping create a positive image around electronic music showing that the most creative minds can in fact give back.
